Anthony Gilio
Owner · Certified trainer since 2009
Went from underweight and unhappy to building a whole gym around what worked. Believes real fitness includes stretching, nutrition and rest, and has a track record of turning skeptics into regulars.
Port Richey's 24/7 gym with equipment we refuse to compromise on, a cold plunge, a barrel sauna, 50 yards of outdoor turf plus an indoor turf zone, and people who'll learn your name by week two. No contract games. No fine print. Just a great place to get strong.
Free day pass available.
The chains bill a $50 to $70 “annual fee” about a month after you join, want 30 days’ notice to leave, won’t take a cancellation by phone or email, and keep the month you already paid. That’s their fine print, word for word. Ours fits on a sticky note: the number we tell you is the number you pay, and you cancel by telling a human. Same US-19, better racks, no ransom.

You roll into a town with a giant lobby and even bigger contracts. You don't know this community and you don't need to: the model is built to squeeze out the small, locally owned gyms that do, one "enhancement fee" at a time. We're built from this community. Consider this our formal, professionally worded response.
Corporate gremlins, meet a gym with a heartbeat. Support the small businesses that support you. All love. Mostly.
Scoring by us, about us. Opinions of a locally owned gym that would like to remain one.
Plate-loaded strength, a full powerlifting setup, cardio that isn't older than you, 50 yards of outdoor turf plus an indoor turf zone for functional training, and a recovery center that makes you want to come back tomorrow. Everything gets maintained. Nothing gets "out of order" signs for six months.

Plate-loaded machines, racks, dumbbells to the heavy end, and a powerlifting corner with a monolift, reverse hyper, GHR, competition bench, specialty bars, bands and chains.

Recovery that wakes you up.

Sweat it out after you've sweated it out.
Train at 5 AM, shower, make it to work. Train at 11 PM, shower, sleep like a rock.

50 yards of outdoor turf for sleds, tires and sprints, plus an indoor turf zone for functional training.

Chrome dumbbells, platforms, benches, and a stretch and mobility zone with massage therapy on site.

Strength and fitness built for youth.

Treadmills, bikes, and a platform.
Massage therapy, corrective exercise, wellness coaching, and TRT treatment for those who qualify.

Squat, bench, pull. Repeat.

Supplements and fuel, right at the front.

Coached, scalable, one-hour sessions for every level, instead of $50 to $100 an hour for generic personal training. Groups cap at eight so the coach actually coaches you. Run on 50 yards of outdoor turf with sleds, tires and prowlers, or on the indoor turf zone for functional training when Florida does Florida.
Pods group training also runs at 6 AM, 4 PM and 5:30 PM.
Remember the five D's: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. On our turf it's mostly push, pull, drag, flip and sprint. Nobody throws wrenches.
Certified, competitive, and here because they like it. Strength, bodybuilding, corrective exercise, nutrition, and health limitations, all under one roof.

We're always open. That's the whole point of 24/7. Keycard in, lift, keycard out.
We're a results-driven community, not a badge scanner. The owner is on the floor. Coaches remember what you were working on last week. Members become training partners, then friends.
“You don't find a lot of gyms like this these days. Momentum gives those old school bodybuilding gym vibes, and it's great for anyone looking to get a serious lift in.”Google review
“Anthony, the owner, is highly respectable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people who train there.”Google review
“Snowbirds! This is the gym for you if you want a great atmosphere at a reasonable price. The chain options have zero accommodations and are exponentially more expensive.”Google review

JustGains is the free, open workout tracker. It was born at Momentum: its developer trains here, and every feature got its first real test between these racks, logging sets between sets. Momentum is its home gym, and always will be.
Members: ask any coach and we'll get you set up. Log your first Momentum session in it, then come back and tell us what to build next.
The long version, so nobody's surprised.

Sixty seconds to join. Zero seconds to regret it. Or just come in for free and see what a gym that isn't trying to trap you feels like.
